Pace's Maria Escobar is the co-founder of the World Without Exploitation National Youth CoalitionÄÐÅ®²Ù±ÆÊÓƵÈí¼þ”a network of young people dedicated to ending human traffickingÄÐÅ®²Ù±ÆÊÓƵÈí¼þ”and sheÄÐÅ®²Ù±ÆÊÓƵÈí¼þ™s presented at the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women.
"I was inspired to major in women's and gender studies because I want to end commercial sexual exploitation and fight human trafficking," says Maria. "Pace offered a human rights advocacy program where we were able to create a lot of awareness."
